Alcazar in Seville
Alcazar in Seville – This beautiful palace complex witnessed many important events in the history of Spain. It was here that Isabella of Castile and Ferdinand of Aragon received Christopher Columbus after his voyage to America. Setas de Sevilla
Setas de Seville adds a touch of modernity to the city. The structure was built over 6 years and completed in 2011. Some say that it is the largest wooden structure in the world, and when you look at it from below it may seem so.
At the very top of the structure, at a height of 22 to 28 meters, there is an observation deck from which there is a wonderful view of the city. On the lower levels there are archaeological excavations secured in such a way that visitors can easily see them, a souvenir shop with Setas de Seville, and there are many local restaurants.

Plaza de España
The famous Plaza de España square is an attraction for tourists from all over the world. This unusual building, contrary to appearances, does not come from distant times. Arco de la Macarena – Basicila de la Macarena

Macarena is a district much less popular among tourists, but still attractive because of its historic buildings. Here you will find characteristic walls from the Arab times from the 12th century. The walls end with the Arco de la Macarena city gate, through which the kings themselves allegedly entered the city. In the photos on the Internet you will see the gate in an intense yellow color. Right next to the gate we will see an intensely yellow church – the Basilica de la Macarena – a holy place for local Christians.
