Belvedere Palace: This Baroque palace was the summer residence of Emperor Joseph II. It now houses an art gallery where you can admire works by Austrian artists. The palace consists of two buildings, the Lower and Upper Belvedere, which were built on the orders of Prince Eugene of Savoy between 1714 and 1723.
Vienna State Opera: One of the most important opera houses in the world. Even if you don’t have a ticket for a performance, you can take a tour of the building to see its interiors.
