What Is Worth Seeing In Liberec ?

Liberec is a Czech city with a rich history, modern architecture and beautiful landscapes. One of the most important monuments of the city is the majestic City Hall, a building in the neo-Renaissance style, which is a testimony to the wealth of the city at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Location

From 1850, the premises were used for the needs of the district court, later the State Forests, and a university. The well-known company Skloexport also had its glass exhibition here.
The castle is currently not used and is only exceptionally accessible to the public.

The greenhouse zone in the shape of plant cells consists of nine exhibition pavilions of various sizes, covering an area of ​​approximately 3,000 square meters. The pavilions present 13 different botanical themes. The most attractive attraction for visitors is the giant Victoria water lily plant or orchids.

Centrum Babylon Liberec covers an area of ​​30 thousand m² and is the largest such complex and the largest water park in the Czech Republic.

Zoo in Liberec
