Brčko (Bosnian, Croatian: Brčko, Serbian: Брчко) is a city in northern Bosnia and Herzegovina, the seat of the Brčko District. It lies at the mouth of the Brka River into the Sava. In 2013, it had a population of 39,893, the majority of whom were Serbs. It is a center of industry (distilleries) and commerce in the fruit-growing region (plum trees).
