Bulgaria is located on the wonderful Balkan Peninsula with access to the Black Sea. It is an ideal proposition for both families with children and tourists who want to experience adventure and entertainment.
Bulgaria has many interesting monuments, charming cities, beautiful vegetation and, of course, sunny beaches! It is worth getting to know the traditions and culture of Bulgaria.
Being here, we must, of course, try the delicious local cuisine.
Bulgarian Dishes

Шопска салата, Shopska salad
Meals always consist of several dishes. A traditional dinner starts with a fresh salad. Particularly popular is the Shopska salad, one of the additions of which is the local iconic cheese – sirene, the other ingredients of the salad are: peppers, tomatoes, onion half-slices, cucumber, pepper and a little olive oil and lemon juice.
After the starter, we eat chorba, i.e. soup. Bulgarian soups are rather thick and somewhat spicy. Soups are served hot or cold. Vegetables vary depending on the season.

Gjuveche
Some of the most popular Bulgarian dishes are gjuveche – a meat dish made of stewed meat and vegetables, or the vegetable casserole moussaka, which is equally delicious.
Dishes are also distinguished on the occasion of celebrating a specific holiday. E.g. Before St. George’s Day, according to centuries-old tradition, a young lamb is roasted.
And also a dish that distinguishes the season, such as in autumn, when Bulgarians enjoy a large amount of vegetables and fruits after the harvest, they often prepare a specialty typical of this region – syrmi.
Syrimi is meat with rice wrapped in pickled grape leaves.

Bulgarian Drinks

Of course, you can’t miss Bulgarian wine, I also recommend tasting home-made wine. The local wines are considered among the best in Europe. Please note that Bulgarians drink wine from large glasses. The evening meeting will be made even more pleasant by the world-famous rakija and slivovitz.
