In Szépasszonavölgy (Valley of the Beautiful Woman), visiting tourists can take a walk through a unique row of horseshoe-shaped cellars and choose from a wide range of wines. The Tóth Ferenc winery is located in cellar no. 46, where, in addition to fresh and conversational everyday wines, you can also find a serious selection of top and top-class wines. Our wine offer is complemented by local delicacies, spreads, cheeses, olive specialties and even artisan chocolate if you decide to visit us. It is worth taking part in tastings to get to know the local flavors.

Beatles Museum


If you are a Beatles fan, the Museum will be a real treat for you. this place was created by a Beatles fan living in Eger. The items you can see here come from his collection. On two levels of the museum, almost 2,000 memorabilia are collected, including DVDs, audio recordings, books, photographs, clothes and dedications. This exhibition broadens horizons – just as the Beatles broadened the horizons of music, this museum is also an interesting point on the city map. On the large projection screen you can watch a short film that gives an insight into the lives of the band members when they were little.
Basilica in Eger


The Basilica in Eger is the main temple of the Archdiocese of Jagiers in Hungary. It is located at Eszterházy tér. It was built in the years 1831–1837 by József Hild at the request of Archbishop János László Pyrker. A beautiful, well-kept basilica. Admission is free. Visiting during mass is not allowed.
