Adana is located on the Seyhan River, the fourth largest city in southern Turkey and the home of one of the most famous dishes of Turkish cuisine – the Adana Kebap. Great Clock Tower

Stone Bridge
TAŞKÖPRÜ
Taşköprü is symbol of Adana city. There is this bridge on the Seyhan River. This stricture has connected Seyhan(Western Adana) and Yüreğir (East Adana) for two thousand year. The bridge was built during Roman Empire by the architect Auxentius. İt was one of the oldest bridges.
Sabanci Central Mosque
The Sabancı Central Mosque is located on the western bank of the Seyhan River, in the center of Adana. It is one of the largest mosques in the Middle East and the Balkans. We highly recommend seeing this wonderful building with an extremely beautiful architect.
Adana Ulu Camii
Ulu Camii (i.e. the Great Mosque) in Adana is in fact an entire religious complex, which consists of a mosque, a Koranic school and a sanctuary. Together they create the most interesting monument of the city dating back to the Middle Ages.

What is Turkish associated with? Apart from holidays, sea, sun and beautiful landscapes, it is certainly associated with TURKISH KEBAP. In Turkey, kebab, in many places, can be treated as a quick snack or as an exquisite dish in expensive restaurants.
The gastronomic tradition of Adana is interesting. It belongs to the so-called “culinary triangle”, together with Gaziantep and Hatay. Turkish flavor combinations were developed in this region. This is where the most famous and recognizable kebab comes from – Kebap Adana.
