Den Blå Planet
Den Blå Planet – The Danish National Aquarium, inspired by the sea, has the shape of a giant whirlpool. The façade is covered with small diamond-shaped aluminum plates that adapt to the organic form of the building and, like water, reflect the colors and light of the sky, giving the building a constantly changing expression. On the ground floor, the characteristic shape of the building “draws” visitors from the outside into the interior, where its shape promotes intuitive navigation, logical division of exhibitions and effective arrangement of viewers.
Inside: The Ocean Tank houses majestic hammerhead sharks and elegant rays, and an underwater tunnel allows you to go directly below the surface. Discovering the eagles of the world is a great and educational experience for our youngest! .
