The museum consists of four historical cores, divided into four distinct periods: prehistoric, Roman, Visigothic-Islamic, and modern. Highlights include a beautifully preserved Neolithic vase from 5000 BC and a Roman mosaic from the Retort. Temporary exhibitions are held upstairs.
