Today, there is a restaurant in Arechi Castle, but the place can be visited, so it is worth walking around the defensive walls or visiting the castle museum.

The Lungomare Trieste of Salerno is one of the landmarks of the city it’s a pedestrian walk directly on the beach, divided across multiple lanes and 2 km long, from the old town centre to the tourist harbor of Piazza della Concordia. The citizen promenade welcomes many people, during summer and winter: it is the privileged place of young people who meet there at any time of day or night, for athletes who prefer physical activity outdoors and families who enjoy a seaside walk.
